Mate Precision Technologies seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Western and Central Territory in the United States, with remote work and travel across the region. You will mentor Fabrication Specialists, drive regional growth, and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires five+ years in sales or sales management, proficiency with CRM software, and willingness to travel 9–11 overnights per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of sales or sales management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software; CAD or programming knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to travel regionally with approximately 9-11 overnights per month.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that exceed goals and fuel business expansion.
• Build lasting relationships with key accounts, providing technical expertise and trusted guidance.
• Travel regionally to meet with your team, attend customer meetings, and deliver impactful product presentations.
• Monitor sales performance, customer acquisition, and territory results—using data to drive accountability.
• Partner with sales management, marketing, and operations to align on priorities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Mate at trade shows, open houses, and industry events to expand Mate’s presence and influence.
