Mate Precision Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Western/Central Territory, with remote work and regional travel. You will lead a team of Fabrication Specialists, drive strategic growth, and deepen partnerships with key accounts across the Western and Central US.

You’ll mentor and coach, monitor territory performance, and collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in sales and/or sales management within a related industry.
• At least five years of fabrication tooling experience (Punch/Die, Press Brake, or Laser).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally; approximately 9–11 overnights per month.
• Residence within the Western & Central US territory.

• Build lasting relationships with key accounts, providing technical guidance.

• Travel regionally to collaborate with your team, attend meetings, and present products.
• Monitor sales performance and territory results; drive accountability with data.
• Collaborate with sales management, marketing, and operations to align priorities.
• Represent Mate at trade shows and industry events to expand presence.
