Job summary

Tacony Corporation is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the sewing division, selling Baby Lock, Koala, and other brands. You will maximize market share, build dealer relationships, and consistently hit sales goals.

Travel 50%–75% is required, with a compensation mix centered on base salary, commissions, and an annual bonus. Make an impact by expanding the dealer network, training customers, and reporting trends to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years trade experience directly managing independent retailers and dealers.
• Strong persuasive skills with the ability to positively influence and motivate others.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow a proven sales process to grow market share in the sewing division.
• Manage the territory by meeting with customers regularly to understand their needs and develop sales programs.
• Coordinate regional training for customers and facilitate sessions.
• Identify new business opportunities and travel to shows/events as needed.
• Report market trends and opportunities to Marketing and Sales Leadership.
