B-Sew Inn is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to promote a range of sewing machines and related products. You will deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrate product features, and drive sales while upholding company values.

This full-time role requires a 40-hour week including Saturdays, in a standard retail environment across multiple locations. Prior sales experience and a commitment to customer care are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years relevant sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on sales floor and determine desired merchandise.
• Demonstrate and explain features of sewing machines and related products.
• Process sales invoices using POS system and maintain accurate sales records.
• Upsell service contracts and accessories.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and future sales.
• Wrap merchandise for guest delivery or arrange shipping.
• Assist with inventory and store cleanliness.
