Job summary

Signode is seeking a Manager, Sales - Equipment to lead a regional team of Sales Consultants and drive revenue growth. You will set strategic sales direction, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction while expanding market share for Signode equipment.

The role requires a track record of growing B2B industrial sales, strong leadership, and collaboration with engineering and finance teams. Expect travel and a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading and growing sales teams.
• 10+ years in B2B industrial technical sales.
• Strong negotiation and people-management skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or D365 CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for internal and external customers and foster improvements.
• Set regional sales goals, quotas and budgets with Sr. Director.
• Achieve revenue and profitability quotas for Signode equipment.
• Develop new customers and manage existing accounts.
• Forecast and track sales for Regional Sales Consultants.
• Collaborate with Proposal Engineering on pipelines.
• Manage accounts receivable with A/R staff.
