Kinco Automation seeks a Sales / Business Development Engineer to drive key account development across the USA, with location near San Francisco or other U.S. East Coast locations. Recent graduates welcome to apply.

You will promote servo drives, servo motors, HMIs, PLCs, VFDs, motion controllers and complete automation solutions, build long-term relationships, and coordinate with HQ teams to deliver tailored proposals and ensure smooth mass-production transitions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or above; engineering disciplines preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Basic concept of industrial automation systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the USA.
• Experience with machine builders, automation integrators, or industrial equipment manufacturers preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify, pursue, and develop relationships with strategic OEMs, machine builders, robotics companies, and automation integrators in the USA.
• Lead discussions on requirements, specifications, integration feasibility, and solution advantages.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and value-driven business cases with the engineering team.
• Coordinate communication between the customer and headquarters across R&D, engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams.
• Maintain CRM data, forecasting, project tracking, and monthly business reports.
