Job summary

IDIS Americas is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest region (IA, KS, MO, NE, SD) to sustain and grow sales through channel partners, distributors, and end-users. You will report to the Director of Sales and drive revenue with VMS partners and technology providers.

You will train customers, manage opportunities in CRM, and represent IDIS Americas at trade shows and events, while traveling up to 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of commercial sales experience in the security industry.
• Must live in assigned area.
• Willingness to travel 30–60%.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Understand IP video market trends and dynamics.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with channel partners, integrators and technology providers.
• Conduct customer training, events, on-site product demonstrations, roadshows, and trade shows.
• Maintain CRM to manage opportunities, contacts, and leads.
• Be the face of IDIS Americas in the region and an industry thought leader.
• Attend and exhibit at regional trade shows as required.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key end users, integrators and distributors.
• Provide sales support and product training to distributor teams.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
