WCCTV, a market-leading provider of rapidly deployable mobile surveillance solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the San Francisco Bay Area and broader Western U.S. You will lead business development for security surveillance solutions, including CCTV, access control, and SaaS offerings, owning the region's commercial performance from revenue to margin.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B sales experience, strong consultative selling and relationship

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years managing a sales team.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and complex engagements.
• CRM proficiency.
• Proven regional P&L, budget, revenue, and margin responsibility preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across the territory.

Mansioni

• Achieve revenue and KPI targets for the territory.
• Attend customer sales meetings and present WCCTV products.
• Develop customer needs and tailor quotes for security solutions.
• Prepare quotes and RFPs; negotiate terms.
• Own regional P&L and profitability.
• Lead team meetings; mentor sales staff in the territory.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with senior management on monthly revenue plans.
• Support marketing and strategy planning for the territory.
• Travel within assigned territory as needed.
