• 5+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Motivated self-starter with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team or reps across California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.
• Forecast regional performance using Salesforce and coordinate with senior leadership.
