Elevate is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead a Southwest regional sales force covering California, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico. You will drive revenue growth, market share and profitability for Elevate and Genflex in a dynamic, people-first environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience (commercial roofing)
• At least 5 years of management or leadership experience
• A motivated self-starter

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans that drive share growth across target markets and product categories.
• Execute regional activities aligned with Elevate’s strategic direction to grow revenue and market presence.
• Collaborate with Sr. Sales Director, VP of Sales, RAM and SAM to achieve revenue, square footage, and margin goals.
• Forecast regional performance and key accounts using Salesforce with accurate and actionable insights.
• Lead and develop Sales Reps and Account Managers to ensure compliant, high-performance execution across product categories.
• Represent Elevate at sales meetings, customer events, and trade shows, supporting large project closures and strategic customers.
