Job summary

Narda-MITEQ is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Technician to join our Operations team in a fast-paced RF/microwave manufacturing environment. This hands-on role focuses on testing, tuning, troubleshooting, and manufacturing advanced RF products.

The ideal candidate has strong RF expertise, works well in a collaborative setting, and aims to improve product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and overall performance. A security clearance may be required for certain tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma with 8+ years related experience, or an Associate’s degree with 4+ years.
• Extensive RF/microwave testing, tuning, troubleshooting and characterization.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and manufacturing docs.
• Experience with advanced RF test equipment and measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Test, tune, troubleshoot, characterize RF/microwave/millimeter-wave products from discrete components through fully integrated subsystems.
• Perform RF characterization using network analyzers and spectrum analyzers and related equipment.
• Diagnose RF performance issues and determine root causes.
• Support prototype builds, First Article Inspection, and production readiness.
• Mentor junior technicians and maintain accurate manufacturing records.
