Johns Lyng USA Reconstruction Experts is seeking an Area Sales Manager in Carrollton, TX to drive regional growth and strengthen client relationships. The role focuses on developing new business, coaching a high-performing sales team, and ensuring exceptional service.

You will lead from the front, participate in business development, and align efforts with KPIs while mentoring estimators and account managers. Travel will be required as part of market expansion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B field sales or business development.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a territory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to varying environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach, in-person visits, and follow-up.
• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets in alignment with KPIs.
• Mentor account managers and estimators to support their development.
• Execute monthly marketing strategies including events and networking.
• Oversee CRM usage (HubSpot) with detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with Estimators and Project Managers on timely proposals.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and client engagement.
