CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking a Director of Regional Sales to drive revenue growth and lead a team of outside sales reps in a defined region within the LTL industry. This exempt, remote-position allows near one of several hubs and rewards high performance with substantial earning potential.

You will craft strategies, manage budgets, and leverage Salesforce to analyze data and report on progress.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales with measurable targets in the LTL industry.
• Strong leadership abilities to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the LTL industry, pricing, and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and internal stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with sales technology to manage and track activities.
