Pineapple is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our US team in Sterling Heights or remotely from NY. You will manage key customer relationships, plan visits, and develop strategies to exceed sales targets while coordinating with marketing, product development, and support teams.

Qualifications
- Background in business development, account management or commercial sales.
- Ability to nurture and grow existing relationships while winning new business.
- Willingness to travel regularly and stay away overnight when required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key customer relationships across your region.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships and identify opportunities to drive sales.
- Arrange quality face-to-face appointments with key decision makers (approx. 2–3 days/week).
- Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed targets and review data to adjust approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and address issues.
