Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across an assigned multi-state region in Milpitas, CA. You will own direct and channel sales, engage OEMs and key accounts, and lead manufacturers’ representatives and distribution partners to hit regional growth objectives.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in technical sales or account management, strong relationships in industrial/medical markets, and a track record of cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales or technical account management experience.
• Experience selling into industrial and medical markets.
• Established relationships within target customer and channel base.
• Experience managing manufacturers’ representatives and distribution partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in the assigned region.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to increase lead indicators.
• Prospect, qualify, and advance sales opportunities; update forecasting in Salesforce.
• Build value-based relationships with customers through regular engagements.
• Collaborate with FAEs to identify product requirements and growth opportunities.
• Lead and manage manufacturer’s representatives and distribution partners.
