Job summary

Digital Power Corporation, a subsidiary of TurnOnGreen, Inc., seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across a multi-state territory from its San Jose, CA headquarters. The role entails direct OEM engagement, channel partner leadership, and close coordination with engineering and product management to tailor power electronics solutions.

You will travel 30%–50% regionally, manage reps and distributors, and build strategic plans to win design opportunities while expanding market

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of successful technical sales or technical account management experience selling power electronics or related components.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related technical discipline; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through territory and strategic account planning.
• Engage OEMs directly and through reps to identify and qualify opportunities.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasts in Oracle NetSuite.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management and leadership.
