PureBites and Primal Pet Foods seek a Regional Sales Leader to coach 4–6 territory representatives, drive regional growth, and manage key accounts. You will develop sales plans, onboard new retail partners, and ensure strong product merchandising and brand visibility across channels.

The role requires 5–7 years of outside sales experience in natural foods or pet products, plus travel up to 50% and weekend availability. Strong Microsoft Office skills and distributor collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of outside sales experience in natural foods or pet foods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Previous Territory Sales management experience.
• Knowledge of the pet food industry, retail landscape, and distributors.
• Experience partnering with distributors and key accounts.
• Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight and air travel.
• Ability to work some weekends and nontraditional hours.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop 4–6 Territory Representatives to meet regional sales goals.
• Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and field visits.
• Monitor sales performance, territory coverage, and goal attainment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
• Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
• Identify new retail partners and onboard them with training and merchandising.
