Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging distribution or related industrial markets.
• 2–5+ years of sales leadership or people management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and margin targets.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Customer & Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key and strategic accounts, support complex negotiations and pricing strategies.
• Business Development: Drive new customer acquisition and expand penetration within existing accounts.
• Operational Collaboration: Align sales with procurement, operations, logistics, inventory, pricing, and margins; resolve escalations.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs; maintain CRM records.
