Job summary
Imperial Brady is seeking a Regional Finance Director - Packaging to partner with the Region President and lead financial leadership for the region. You will oversee the regional P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance while driving strategic initiatives.
The role requires 12+ years of FP&A experience, strong executive presence, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills. You will develop a high-performing regional finance team and deliver actionable insights to leaders.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of FP&A experience in a multi-location business
- Direct P&L responsibility in field FP&A
- MBA, CPA or advanced certification is a plus
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience
- Advanced Excel/Power BI and data visualization skills
Responsibilities
- Ongoing management of the regional P&L and balance sheet
- Lead month-end close and reporting to Corporate FP&A
- Develop KPI dashboards (price/volume, efficiency, profitability)
- Model financial scenarios for initiatives and capex
- Drive continuous improvement across regional finance team
