AbbVie Inc. - Allergan Aesthetics, Northern CA, seeks a Regional Sales Leader to drive regional strategy and oversee a team of 7–10 Facial and SkinMedica sales reps. You will partner with cross-portfolio teams to grow top accounts and execute plans across the portfolio.

Travel ~20%, reside within reasonable distance of the primary city, and lead in a field-based role. Requires a Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred, and 10+ years of sales leadership in pharma/medical devices or related fields.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in pharma/med device or consumer sales.
• Experience leading in cross-functional teams and coaching multi-member reps.
• Thorough knowledge of aesthetics or related medical/consumer categories is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive the regional sales strategy and execution for Allergan Aesthetics in Northern CA.
• Lead and develop a team of 7–10 field representatives to meet sales objectives.
• Partner with cross-portfolio teams and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and optimize engagement with key accounts.
• Develop and implement account plans across regional top accounts to grow the portfolio.
