AbbVie Inc.—Allergan Aesthetics is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to drive strategy and execution for the region, leading a team of 7–10 sales reps across Facial and SkinMedica portfolios.

You will partner with product teams to grow accounts, coordinate cross-portfolio opportunities, and develop account plans with top accounts while aligning with national strategies. This role is field-based and requires proximity to primary accounts.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree Required. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of sales and sales management experience, marketing experience preferred.
• Successful Sales Management and a positive track record of leading teams in the Pharmaceutical, Med Device, and Consumer Sales industries.
• Thorough knowledge of the aesthetics industry, and experience in a direct sales/cash environment (B2B).
• Experiences such as physician/account-based selling, training, marketing, business development are desirable.
• Experience leading in a cross-functional team setting required.

• Manage regional sales strategy and resource allocation to meet growth targets.
• Oversee development of account strategies and execution plans for Facial and full portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop Facial and SkinMedica Sales Representatives aligned to the region.
