AbbVie Inc. Allergan Aesthetics in Northern California is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to drive sales strategy and execution for the region, leading a team focused on Facial, SkinMedica, and related portfolios to maximize market penetration and account value.

This field-based role requires a strong track record in pharmaceutical or aesthetics sales, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to develop account plans with regional and national impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of sales and sales management experience with a proven leadership track record.
• Thorough knowledge of the aesthetics industry and direct B2B sales experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and cross-portfolio collaboration.
• Physician/account-based selling, training, and business development experience desirable.

Mansioni

• Manage and track top-line performance and resource allocation across regional priorities.
• Oversee development of account strategies and execution plans to grow Facial and the full portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop Facial and SkinMedica Sales Representatives aligned to the region.
• Partner with direct team and other product teams to identify cross-portfolio opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-portfolio sales teams and allocate resources to execute aligned strategies.
• Collaborate with APCs and ADCs to optimize engagement with top regional accounts.
• Support business owner relationships with regional strategic accounts and develop account plans.
• Support execution of National Account strategies at the ship-to level.
• Lead cross-portfolio execution across Facial, SkinMedica, PRM and Body Contouring teams at ship-to level.
• Lead regional pod meetings to drive consistent execution and identify growth strategies in top accounts.
