IMI is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Colorado, Utah, Nebraska, Iowa, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana. You will lead reps, develop opportunities, train customers, and manage large projects with a consultative sales approach.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or MBA preferred; engineering background preferred.
• At least 3+ years of manufacturing sales management experience is preferred.
• Must read, speak, write, and understand English; valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Promote, grow, and support sales of IMI products in Mountain region.
• Manage manufacturer reps and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers.
• Identify opportunities, develop value propositions, and close large projects.
• Provide training on IMI Flow Design products to reps and customers.
• Utilize CRM to capture data and forecast monthly opportunities.
