Job summary

Havis Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region, based in Warminster, PA.

The role drives regional revenue, manages distributors and accounts, and expands our partner network across Public Safety, Telco, Healthcare, and Enterprise sectors. You will plan and execute sales strategies, attend trade shows, mentor an Inside Sales team, and collaborate with remote teams to close business while maintaining strong customer relationships and reseller networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience (technical products preferred)
• Proven track record of developing distributors and opportunities
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and account management skills
• Experience with Independent Manufacturers Representatives
• Able to travel extensively in the region (up to 80%)
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organized and professional

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly/annual goals
• Manage and develop distribution channel and reseller network
• Establish and maintain relations with partner network
• Manage existing and new accounts in the regional territory
• Attend marketing events and trade shows to promote products and generate leads
• Manage sales prospects and CRM funnel
• Collaborate with remote teams to close deals and resolve issues
• Maintain knowledge of Havis product lines
• Grow territory with reps and expand customer base
• Lead Inside Sales while setting team goals and initiatives
