Havis, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in the Warminster, PA area. You will lead regional sales, manage distributors and a reseller network, and cultivate long-term customer relationships across Public Safety, Telco, Healthcare, and other sectors.

You will travel up to 80% of the time, promote products at trade shows, and collaborate with remote teams to close deals while growing the territory year over year.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably with technical products.
• Proven ability to develop distributors, create opportunities and compete effectively.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Independent Manufacturers Representatives is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% across the region.

• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual goals.
• Manage and develop the distribution channel and reseller network.
• Establish and maintain relationships within a broad partner network.
