Job summary

Havis Inc. in Warminster, PA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest region to drive revenue growth, manage and develop our distribution channel, and cultivate long-term relationships with a broad partner network across Public Safety, Telco, Enterprise, Healthcare and government sectors.

You will lead regional accounts, set quarterly and annual targets, attend trade shows, manage inside sales support, and collaborate with remote teams to close business while expanding the reseller

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience (technical products preferred).
• Proven track record of developing distributors and opportunities.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, follow-up, and account management skills.
• Experience with Independent Manufacturers Representatives.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% in the region.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly/annual goals.
• Manage and develop the distribution channel.
• Establish and maintain relationships within a broad partner network.
• Manage existing and new accounts in the regional territory.
• Attend events and trade shows to promote products and generate leads.
• Manage sales prospects and funnel via CRM.
• Collaborate with remote teams to close business and resolve issues.
• Grow territory and maintain knowledge of product lines.
• Lead and develop Inside Sales Representatives.
• Set and implement team goals to grow the territory.
