Job summary

Havis is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region, based in Warminster, PA. This full-time Sales role reports to the National Sales Manager and focuses on managing distributors, developing key accounts, and driving regional growth.

You will plan sales strategies, nurture the reseller network, and travel up to 80% to meet customers and attend events. A track record of 5+ years in sales of technical products and strong presentation/negotiation skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience (technical products preferred).
• Proven track record of developing distributors and opportunities.
• Strong presentation skills; excellent negotiation and account management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales strategies to defined quarterly/annual sales goals.
• Manage and develop our distribution channel and reseller network.
• Establish and maintain relationships within our partner network and manage regional accounts.
• Attend events and trade shows to promote products and generate leads.
• Collaborate with remote teams to close business and resolve issues.
