Ford Office Technologies, a Pittsburgh-area leader in office technology, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a sales team, drive revenue, and manage key accounts across Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera and Lanier products. You will guide prospecting, client meetings, and closing proposals while maintaining CRM-driven forecasts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct supervisory responsibilities in sales.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 4+ years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and be accountable for a sales team to retain and grow revenue.
• Drive net new major account generation and current client retention.
• Ensure accurate team forecasts and achieve revenue targets.
• Provide guidance to the team on generating leads, meetings, proposals, and closing sales.
• Monitor KPIs and hold the team accountable to metrics.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs to deliver solutions for clients.
• Lead quotes, proposals, and order presentations through to delivery.
• Maintain client communications, pipeline, and forecast in CRM.
• Participate in hiring and performance evaluations.
