Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years in sales or sales management.
• Experience managing independent sales representatives.
• Proven ability to develop and execute territory growth strategies.
• Experience in value-based selling and specification-driven sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations and drive favorable business outcomes.
• Travel up to 50% and valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage independent sales rep network to ensure market coverage.
• Lead territory and account strategies across target segments.
• Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Drive bid participation, project conversions, and relationships with influencers.
