Valmont Industries, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and manage our independent sales representative network for the lighting and transportation product line across the Southern United States, with primary location in the Southern US or Omaha, NE.

You will drive profitable revenue growth by developing regional strategies and expanding relationships with key customers. You will partner cross-functionally to align product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies, while serving as the voice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 6+ years in sales or sales management with territory responsibility.
• Proven experience managing independent sales representatives (agent networks).
• Experience in territory growth strategies and value-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Travel domestically up to 50% within the territory.
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies.
• Lead and optimize independent rep network for coverage.
• Forecasting, pipeline visibility, and market intelligence.
• Build relationships with key customers, specifiers, and decision-makers.
