Job summary

Valmont Industries seeks an experienced Regional Manager to lead its independent sales representative network for Lighting and Transportation across the Southern United States, with primary location in the South or Omaha, NE.

You will develop regional strategies, optimize channel performance, forecast pipelines, and manage negotiations with key customers and influencers to achieve profitable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 6+ years in sales or sales management with growing territory responsibility.
• Proven experience managing independent sales representatives (agent networks).
• Demonstrated success growing territory and account strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and optimize an independent sales rep network to maximize market coverage.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies across target segments.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and win strategy.
• Own pricing strategy and quote execution to maintain margins.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, operations, and pricing.
• Drive new business development while expanding existing relationships.
