Job summary

EPM Scientific is seeking a highly commercial, field-based sales professional who thrives on winning new business, developing strategic customer relationships, and growing market share across life sciences markets.

You will own the region, build and execute a sales strategy focused on direct customers and distribution partners, and engage academic institutions, universities, research centres, labs, biotech and pharmaceutical organisations.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in laboratory consumables, diagnostics, life sciences or scientific equipment.
• Strong hunter mentality with a track record of opening new accounts.
• Fluent German and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across the DACH and CEE territory.
• Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow key customer and distributor relationships.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and commercial presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through CRM tools.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and product teams.
