Candidates should have a business or sales background and strong experience in account management, with proficiency in CRM tools and cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success with strategic accounts.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers within key accounts.
• Meet revenue targets and forecast performance for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with product, customer success, and marketing to deliver solutions.
• Ensure renewal of contracts and drive upsell opportunities.
