Responsibilities include forecasting, hiring, coaching, and closing deals while partnering with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences with 7+ years leading or supporting sales or life sciences teams.
• Ability to connect short-term actions with long-term company goals.
• Proven ability to build relationships inside and outside the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Technical domain knowledge in platforms like flow cytometry or microscopy is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and manage a high performing regional sales team.
• Set strategic sales and support plans aligned with Miltenyi Biotec objectives.
• Forecast sales and contribute to annual goal setting.
• Hire and develop team to meet sales objectives.
• Provide remote and in-person coaching to drive performance.
• Meet with customers, nurture relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee territory planning, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Support product demonstrations, installations, and training.
