Job summary

You will develop regional sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage major customer engagements across biotech, pharma, and research institutions. The role requires a strong sales background, 7–10 years of leadership experience, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, life sciences, marketing or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience.
• 5+ years of regional or multi-site team management.
• Proven track record delivering sales, operations, and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to hit revenue targets.
• Identify and expand relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Lead and coach a regional team of account executives and inside sales staff.
• Provide market and customer insights to guide strategy and decision-making.
• Forecast, report performance, and communicate with senior leadership.
