Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• 7+ years of life sciences experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking and capability to connect short-term plans with long-term goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical expertise in platforms such as flow cytometry and microscopy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a high performing sales team.
• Implement strategic sales/support plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Direct sales forecasting and contribute to annual goal setting.
• Hire, develop, and maintain an effective team.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to guide development and operations.
• Meet with customers, maintain relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee territory planning, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Support product demonstrations, installations, and training.
• Gather and report market insights and customer feedback.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence.
