Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience.
• At least 5 years managing multi-site regional teams.
• Strong track record in achieving sales, operational, and financial objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office; travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and manage a regional team of account executives, driving performance to meet regional targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to drive decision-making.
• Maintain relationships with strategic accounts and industry partners.
• Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and performance reports to senior leadership.
• Serve as an escalation point for key customer concerns and complex issues.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and responsiveness across the region.
