Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years sales and key account experience with a track record of success.
• Experience with chains across multiple channels (grocery/convenience preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional account volume, market share, and budgets to meet targets.
• Develop relationships with regional accounts and drive promotions and pricing.
• Align regional programs with chain strategy and Joint Business Plans.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and share insights with stakeholders.
• Analyze ROI for promotions and pay-for-space agreements; review data with teams.
