Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking a National Account Manager to grow our business with national retail partners across the East Coast. You will lead account strategy, oversee performance, and serve as the primary contact for customer initiatives at both the national and regional levels.

Working with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Finance, Operations, and Legal, you will align priorities, drive execution, and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years Sales and Key Account experience with a strong track record of success.
• Past experience in managing national chain business in convenience and Specialty Retail channels.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using internal and external data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, CPM, Sales Data).
• Ability to demonstrate peer leadership and influence across functions.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills; strategic thinking and financial management.

• Lead account strategy for national retail partners and oversee business performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to align priorities and drive execution.
• Develop value-driven solutions, driving distribution, pricing, promotions and in-store presence.
