Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking a Senior Manager, Specialty Retail to lead field sales and key account growth across the Hardware/DIY and Specialty Retail portfolios.

You will manage teams of Regional Sales Managers and Key Account Managers, drive annual plans, budgets, and performance KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize distribution and retail execution across 3,600+ locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years Sales and Key Account experience with a track record of success.
• Experience leading a large high performing team.
• Strong analytics using internal/external data (Nielsen, IRI, CPM, sales data).
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; CPM/SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field sales strategy and execution for Hardware/DIY channel with 3,600+ locations.
• Develop annual plans aligned with retailer priorities.
• Manage Regional Sales Managers and Distributor Partners.
• Drive customer profitability and investment management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize distribution and retail excellence.
• Provide reporting on execution performance and KPIs.
