Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop region sales activators to ensure strategic relationships and selling objectives are met or exceeded, with flawless execution of sales and distribution targets.
• Build a diverse organization that reflects the marketplace and aligns with Red Bull values; lead by example.
• Complete annual performance reviews with direct reports and support development plans.
• Report regularly on Monthly Performance Review (MPR) and Quarterly Business Review needs, and other ad hoc reporting to the Director, Sales & Distribution.
• Manage strategic account relationships and selling opportunities including non-price initiatives, special packs, and incremental growth drivers.
• Ensure alignment with RBNA National KA for wiring accounts and with district distribution plans, routes, new product distribution, and volume/sales forecasts.
• Evaluate total market conditions, competitive threats, and local dynamics impacting volume, share, profit; maintain strong senior-level chain relationships.
