Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive additive volume and win share at the division level by selling and executing Red Bull strategy with a set group of regional or banner accounts within national chains.

You will build productive retailer relationships at the regional level, partner with cross-functional teams, and own the development and execution of sub-national strategies while managing data analytics and scorecards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales and Key Account experience with a strong track record of success in beverage/CPG or related industries.
• Experience working with chains and national programs.
• Robust analytical skills using internal/external data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana).
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence retailer decisions.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Sell and execute Red Bull strategy with a defined region/group of national chains.
• Build retailer partner relationships at regional level and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute sub-national strategies; manage data analytics and scorecards.
• Drive KPI ownership for divisions/banners and program execution.
• Prospect and close new REACH opportunities; develop annual business plans with divisions.
