Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in new-business B2B or B2G sales with consistent attainment.
• Experience leading a quota-carrying team and hiring/developing reps.
• Proven ability to build a funnel from zero and own regional growth.
• K-12 buyer understanding or familiarity with education staffing preferred.
• Comfort with multi-year, relationship-driven sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Create regional funnel and map districts, charter networks, and schools.
• Build regional pipeline from zero and run outbound, events, and referrals.
• Coach four New Sales Reps and coordinate 1099 contractors.
• Close deals and own a personal quota while guiding others.
• Forecast with HubSpot and deliver regional commitments to leadership.
• Collaborate with Brand teams and cross-functional partners.
