Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in new-business B2B/B2G sales with consistent attainment.
• Experience leading a quota-carrying team and hiring/developing reps.
• Proven ability to build a funnel in a new territory from scratch.
• Strong understanding of K-12 sector procurement and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Create the funnel and map districts, charter networks, and schools.
• Lead a regional team of four New Sales Reps and manage a personal quota.
• Develop parallel pipelines into charter networks, private schools, and districts.
• Build relationships with state ED departments and recruiters to source referrals.
• Own forecasting and pipeline reviews; maintain CRM integrity.
