Job summary

Global Teaching Partners, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to build and own a five-brand J-1 teacher-placement funnel across your region. You will map districts, charter networks, and voucher-funded schools, recruit and coach a four-person New Sales team, and close multi-brand opportunities.

You’ll lead from the front, manage a personal quota, and collaborate with state agencies, districts, and recruiters to generate steady referrals and a healthy pipeline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in new-business B2B or B2G sales with consistent attainment.
• Experience leading a quota-carrying team; 2+ years managing or player-coaching sellers.
• Proven ability to build a funnel from zero; opened a new territory or launched a new offer.
• K-12 buyer knowledge: districts, charter networks, and private and voucher-funded schools.
• Comfort with long, relationship-driven sales cycles (2–3 years).
• J-1 or education staffing knowledge strongly preferred.
• Partner-building experience with state agencies or recruiters.
• CRM discipline; hands-on HubSpot (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Create and own the regional funnel from zero, mapping districts and schools and running outbound, events, and referrals.
• Lead and develop a four New Sales Reps team plus coordination of independent contractors.
• Close multi-brand opportunities and manage personal quota while coaching the team to do the same.
• Build relationships with state departments of education, districts, and recruiters to generate referrals.
• Attend and participate in conferences, job fairs, and association events where hiring decisions are made.
• Forecast and manage pipeline with HubSpot, sharing learnings across teams to sharpen processes.
