Job summary

Global Teaching Partners, LLC seeks a Regional Sales Leader to own a region, quota, and a four-rep team for J-1 teacher-placement brands. You will map markets, open doors, and coach others while handling key accounts and multi-brand opportunities.

You will build pipelines into districts, charter networks, and voucher-funded schools, while coordinating state education partners and recruiters to drive referrals. Strong CRM discipline and J-1 knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in new-business B2B or B2G sales with consistent attainment.
• Experience leading a quota-carrying team.
• Ability to build a funnel from zero in a new territory.
• K-12 buyer range: understanding how public districts, charter networks, and private and voucher-funded schools buy.
• Comfort with long, relationship-driven sales cycles (2–3 years).
• J-1 or education staffing knowledge preferred.
• Partner-building experience converting agencies or recruiters into referrals.
• CRM discipline with HubSpot or comparable CRM.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage regional funnel from zero, including outbound, events, and referrals.
• Build parallel pipelines into charter networks and voucher-funded/private schools alongside public districts.
• Lead and develop a four-person New Sales Rep team and coordinate independent contractors.
• Hire, coach, and manage quota attainment with regular pipeline reviews and field coaching.
