Axis Communications is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the North NJ region. The ideal candidate will reside north of Interstate 78 and drive growth by promoting Axis IP video solutions to integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users.

The role emphasizes strong selling skills, public speaking, and the ability to tailor presentations. Expect travel ~15% and a base of responsibility across demonstrations, seminars, and partner collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training.
• 5+ years in a sales-driven position.
• Strong technical background.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users on IP Video and Axis cameras.
• Maintain fluid relations with prospects and current customers.
• Arrange and execute site visits for product demonstrations, presentations, and seminars.
• Collaborate with Axis Communications' Application Development Partners.
• Recommend camera solutions and product comparisons.
• Participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and other sales activities.
• Prepare weekly sales reports on new and existing projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
