Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in capital equipment, manufacturing, or industrial solutions.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or territory-based role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Achieve or exceed annual and quarterly sales targets, bookings, and margin goals.
• Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand CMD’s market presence within the assigned territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to leadership.
• Represent CMD at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting project handoff and post-sale follow-up.
