Fix Supply, LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the Mobile, AL region. You will drive growth across a defined territory, manage accounts, and build a robust book of business with autonomy and uncapped commissions.

You will collaborate with inside sales, purchasing, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction, while negotiating terms and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Proven success in Industrial MRO sales or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Visit customer sites to understand needs, demonstrate value, and build long-term relationships.
• Manage existing accounts, ensuring strong customer service and follow-through on all requests.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to support successful deal closure.
• Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, purchasing, and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to align on promotions and customer messaging.
• Track pipeline activity, maintain CRM data, and achieve sales targets.
