Job summary

Elgen Staffing in Worcester, MA seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies across bearings, metal stampings, machined components, and assembled products. You will lead business development efforts and manage key accounts to drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable growth, focusing on OEM and industrial customers and expanding market share.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial manufacturing sales experience.
• Experience selling bearings, machined components, metal stampings, or related products.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proven track record with OEM and industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and emerging markets.
• Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, trade shows, industry contacts, and referrals.
• Expand sales within current accounts while developing new customer relationships.
• Present to customers to promote products and capabilities.
• Prepare pricing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Manage field force of independent reps.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Customer Service to resolve issues.
